    The Roosevelt Suite
    The Roosevelt Suite, the largest suite in the hotel with a 58 foot balcony, is a favorite for groups wishing more privacy. The living room and dining room can be set up for meetings, cocktails and dinner parties.

    Historic Aiken Estates, exclusive to The Willcox

    Whitney Polo Field
    The Aiken Polo Club is one of the oldest and most historic polo clubs in the United States. The club held its first game on Whitney Field in 1882 and joined the United States Polo Association before the turn of the century. The 134-foot by 25-foot redwood, cedar-framed and metal roof open-air pavilion is the perfect location for your next gala, rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception.

    Aiken Center for the Arts (20 to 300 people)
    Located in the heart of downtown Aiken, the ACA is the perfect place to host your wedding receptions, corporate meetings, birthday parties, holiday parties and reunions. The large open design of the Arts Center’s galleries, with art from Aiken’s many esteemed artists, will complement any event from casual to black tie.

    The Aiken Train Depot (20 to 250 people)
    The Aiken Train Depot is truly one of a kind, with its lovely open space and the two-and-a-half story perspective looking up through the mezzanine to the cupola. This fine wood-finished area, or just outside on the beautifully landscaped grounds, is the perfect venue for receptions, meetings and weddings.

    Aiken County Museum (20 to 150 people)
    Set within one of Aiken’s famed “Winter Colony” cottages, the Aiken County Historical Museum, also known as “Banksia” after the Banksia Rose, will enthrall visitors with Aiken’s past, present and future. The Aiken County Museum is the ideal setting for your business meeting, dinner or cocktail party.

    Aiken Municipal Building (50 to 315 people)
    Spacious and sophisticated, the Aiken Municipal Auditorium is a perfect place for your company dinner or annual meeting. Meeting facilities include VCR with television, overhead projector, slide projector, 8’X8’ projection screen, podium with microphone, and kitchen facilities.

    Rye Patch (60 to 150 people)
    The Rye Patch Estate House is one of Aiken’s most popular event and meeting facilities. Surrounded by Hopeland Gardens, this historical home is the perfect location for your next reception, birthday party, anniversary party or business retreat.
